The weekend build: 5 AI systems that bring in customers
Paste one file into Claude Code. It interviews you, then builds five n8n systems with you and tests each one: leads answered in five minutes, posts queued from your blog, a monthly SEO report and a 24/7 site agent.
Unlock the handoff
Two fields. The file opens right here, ready to copy into Claude Code.
If this sounds familiar, the claude code handoff is for you.
A lead fills in your form at 9pm and hears back the next afternoon, from a template, after someone retyped their details into the CRM.
Every blog post gets shared once, the day it goes live, then sits there while you stare at an empty social calendar.
Your best ideas arrive as voice notes and saved links, and none of them ever becomes a post.
You open Search Console once a quarter, see a dip, and have no idea which page caused it or why.
A working system, not a prompt.
Each piece extracted from a live engine — same prompts, same scaffolding, same rules.
- 01Lead formatter: every form lead parsed by AI, spam-filtered, cleaned into your CRM with a dated callback note, and answered with a personal reply inside five minutes
- 02Syndication: each published blog post split into one social post per section, queued a day apart, formatted per platform by AI and posted once you approve it
- 03Second brain: voice notes, links, videos and texts sent to a private Telegram bot become markdown notes in GitHub and Obsidian, and every Monday your own ideas become draft posts
- 04Monthly SEO report: Search Console and GA4 data turned into a branded email on the 1st, with flagged pages, the reason for each flag and three actions, every number computed in code
- 05AI lead agent: a 24/7 chatbot on your site that speaks in your voice, answers from one knowledge file about your business and hands confirmed leads to the lead formatter
- 06The build method: a 30-minute interview first, one system at a time, a test block per system, a live switch on every outbound workflow, and a runbook at handover
Built for a specific operator. Not for everyone.
- Founders and small teams whose leads wait hours for a reply, typed into the CRM by hand, while the blog they paid for never reaches social
- Operators already using Claude Code who want working n8n automations and a build partner that asks before it builds
- Agencies and freelancers who want a repeatable, tested set of growth systems to stand up for their own business first
- Anyone expecting finished workflows to import in one click. This is a guided build: you answer the interview and test each system with Claude
- Businesses with no website, no form and no CRM or spreadsheet yet. The systems connect tools you already run
- Anyone who can't give two focused days. Saturday covers systems 1 to 3, Sunday covers 4 and 5
How it works
n8n lead automation that replies in five minutes
The lead formatter runs as two workflows. A form intake webhook receives every form, an AI parse extracts and normalises the fields, filters spam, and writes a six-line personal reply in your voice. A single lead upsert sub-workflow is the only writer into your CRM, so phone numbers, dates, budgets, lead source and urgency are cleaned by one set of rules for every form and for the chatbot. A repeat enquiry updates the existing record and keeps the earlier notes below the new ones.
Turning blog posts into a social media calendar with AI
The syndication system scrapes each published post, splits it on its H2 headings, skips introductions, FAQs and conclusions, and pairs every section with the first image beneath it, cropped to 16:9. Sections queue one per day behind whatever is already scheduled. At posting time a publisher formats each approved section per platform in your tone of voice, so a blog section and a voice note from your second brain go through the same formatter.
An automated monthly SEO report from Search Console and GA4
On the 1st of each month the report pulls Search Console and GA4 for every site in your Sites table, merges fragment and query URLs into their page, and computes every flag in code: traffic decline, position drop, low CTR, near page 1, dropped out, year-on-year decay and cannibalisation, with thresholds scaled to the size of the site. The model only words the findings, a check removes any page it names that isn't in the data, and the report arrives as a branded email.

Common questions
What is a Claude Code handoff file?
A single markdown file that gives Claude Code everything it needs to build something with you: the plan, the order, the rules and the tests. You save it as CLAUDE.md in a folder, run claude, and type "Let's start the weekend build." Claude reads it, interviews you, and builds from there.
Do I need to know n8n?
No. Claude explains each workflow in plain language, one line per node, before building it, and names every node the way the file does. With the n8n MCP server connected, Claude builds straight into your instance. Without it, Claude writes the workflow JSON and walks you through importing it.
What accounts do I need?
An n8n account (Cloud or self-hosted), your CRM, your website or CMS and form tool, Airtable or Google Sheets, a Google account with Search Console and GA4, GitHub, Telegram, a Firecrawl API key and an API key for your AI model. An email list tool and an Apify key are optional.
Will it email my leads or post publicly before I'm ready?
Every outbound workflow starts with a live switch set to false. Until you flip it, replies go to your own inbox and posts stay in the calendar. You review real samples first, then switch each system on yourself. Your API keys stay in n8n's credential store and a local .env file.
Want these systems built into your business for you?
Custom AI systems covers the same ground, built around your stack and your bottlenecks: enquiry capture, content pipelines and reporting, shipped and maintained in n8n.
“I build AI growth engines for luxury villas, boutique hotels, and high-ticket service brands. The skills I give away are the ones I run for paying clients. If you build it yourself, great — if you’d rather have it built and run, talk to me.”
