Pillar 05 — the AI Growth Engine

Every step exists to serve a conversion, or it is removed

End-to-end funnel design from first organic touch to converted customer, tied back to direct revenue in a dashboard you can actually see. Enquiries, bookings, sold listings, qualified leads — not impressions.

What you get

The funnel mapped, tuned, tied to real revenue.

The dashboard and attribution reporting sit on top of the funnel design; they're the proof the funnel works, not the deliverable itself. Every surface that doesn't produce direct business gets rebuilt or removed.

  • First organic touch → qualified visitor → enquiry → booked call → converted customer, mapped, measured, and optimised as one connected flow. Minimum friction at every transition.

  • CRM, PMS, booking platform, call tracker, and form system piped into one attribution layer — so you see which organic surface actually drove the revenue, not just the last click.

Attribution pipeline connecting CRM, PMS, and analytics
  • Every surface — site, enquiry flow, booking flow, checkout, newsletter, lead form — audited and rebuilt where it is costing conversions. If a step does not serve the sale, it gets removed.

UX audit annotations on mobile and desktop flows
  • One view — enquiries, bookings, sold listings, qualified leads — tied to the specific surface that produced them. No vanity metrics, no padding. Only the numbers the business actually runs on.

Direct-business KPI dashboard with attribution by source
  • Session-level for bookings. Deal-level for real estate. Account-level for services. The model matches your sales cycle, not a generic template — and the dashboard reads the way your business actually runs.

Who it's for

Same methodology, different attribution model.

The funnel shape differs (booking funnel, enquiry funnel, high-ticket qualification funnel). The attribution model differs (session, deal, account). The methodology is identical — map, remove friction, tie to revenue.

Impressions are not revenue. If a surface can't be shown to produce direct business, it doesn't stay in the funnel — and it doesn't stay in the dashboard.

Luxury villa & STR owners

Session-level booking attribution across direct, Booking, and Airbnb. See the true OTA cost and the true direct-booking compounding month over month.

Real estate & investment

Deal-level attribution across long sales cycles — which organic surface drove the enquiry that became the deal six months later, not just the last touch.

High-ticket service operators

Account-level attribution across multi-touch journeys — qualification at the right stage, and a dashboard that reads the way your business actually runs.

Our process

Map, measure, tune, report.

Funnel mapping

Your current funnel is mapped end-to-end — surfaces, transitions, drop-offs, attribution gaps — and where direct business is being left on the floor right now.

Attribution wiring

CRM, PMS, booking platform, call tracking, and form systems wired into one attribution layer. First-party data — not just analytics cookies that get worse every year.

Friction removal

Surface by surface, whatever is costing conversions gets stripped or rebuilt — slow pages, lossy forms, broken handoffs, enquiry flows asking the wrong questions.

Report & tune monthly

The dashboard reports direct-business KPIs every month. What produces revenue gets more weight. What does not gets rebuilt or removed. Compounding, not stable.

Work with us

From leaky to minimum friction.

Insider Villas went from zero direct bookings to roughly half of all bookings in eight months — not because traffic doubled, but because the funnel was rebuilt so every step served the conversion. OTA dependency dropped, direct revenue compounded, and the dashboard finally tells the truth.

FAQ

Funnel & attribution — questions

What does "direct-business attribution" actually mean?

Every organic surface — page, article, newsletter, LinkedIn post, AI citation — tied back to a direct business outcome: enquiry, booking, sold listing, qualified lead. Not impressions. Not sessions. Not engagement. Revenue the brand can actually see in its own systems.

Do you tie attribution to Google Analytics, or something more reliable?

Both, plus first-party data from your CRM, PMS, or booking platform. GA alone is lossy and gets worse every year. First-party attribution — the data your own systems capture — is where the real signal lives. I wire both into one dashboard.

Can this work if our sales cycle is long — real estate, high-ticket services?

Yes. Attribution model changes by category: session-level for bookings, deal-level for real estate, account-level for services. Long cycles need account-level attribution from day one so you can see what actually drove the deal six months later, not just the last touch.

What about non-digital revenue — phone calls, in-person meetings, referrals?

Those count too — and most dashboards ignore them. Call tracking, meeting source logging, and referral tagging get wired into the funnel so organic’s real contribution shows up, not just the surface revenue that happens to live in a platform.

How long before we see the attribution picture clearly?

30 days to wire the dashboard and see first-touch and conversion data flowing. 90 days to see enough converted outcomes to read the funnel properly. Longer for long-cycle businesses — real estate and high-ticket services need 6+ months of data before the deal-level picture stabilises.
