If this sounds familiar, the claude skill is for you.
Every client itinerary means an afternoon fighting PowerPoint instead of selling the trip.
Generic AI itinerary tools spit out a wall of text — not the branded, photo-led deck a luxury client expects.
Your destination knowledge lives in scattered notes, and turning it into something client-ready is the real bottleneck.
There is no clean way to feed past itineraries into a knowledge base or AI search — they stay locked inside finished PDFs.
A working system, not a prompt.
Each piece extracted from a live engine — same prompts, same scaffolding, same rules.
- 01SKILL.md — the four-phase workflow (copywriting → confirmation → deck build → optional RAG export) with image-upload handling and slide-fit constraints
- 02build_deck.py — manipulates the branded template .pptx, swaps in your cover and per-day photos, duplicates slides for longer trips, outputs the final .pptx
- 03references/copywriting-prompt.md — the editorial voice and pacing engine: arrival/departure rules, max two activities per day, no cliché luxury language, structured JSON schema
- 04references/template-structure.md — the slide map, colour palette, font system, and which slots accept your images
- 05build_rag_markdown.py — optional RAG-optimised markdown export with YAML frontmatter and structured villa listings (fetched from URLs or pasted text)
- 06Branded template.pptx — fixed concierge, testimonial, and thank-you slides; swap the template to point the whole pipeline at any brand
The exact skill I use to build branded luxury itinerary decks — raw destination notes in, a branded .pptx and PDF out, with the editorial voice and pacing baked in so nothing reads like generic AI.
Built for a specific operator. Not for everyone.
- Luxury villa and travel operators who send client-facing itineraries and want a branded deck in minutes, not a half-day in PowerPoint
- Travel agencies, DMCs, and concierge services producing bespoke trip plans at volume — same polish, every destination
- Solo operators who have the destination knowledge but not the design time — drop in notes and photos, get a client-ready .pptx and PDF
- Travellers planning their own trip — this builds branded, client-facing decks for operators, not a personal trip planner
- Anyone without Claude (with code execution) — the build runs Python and LibreOffice inside the Claude environment, not as a standalone web app
- Operators who want fully hands-off output — the skill confirms the plan with you and waits for your images before it builds
The same claude skill I run for paying clients. Yours, free.

Common questions
Do I need Claude with code execution to run this?
Yes — the skill runs Python and LibreOffice inside the Claude environment to build the .pptx and convert it to PDF. The skill itself is free.
Can I use it for my own luxury travel brand?
Yes. Swap the template .pptx, update the slide map and the fixed slide numbers in build_deck.py, and the whole pipeline points at your brand. The copywriting voice and pacing rules are brand-agnostic and carry across.
Do I have to upload my own images?
No. Any image slot you skip falls back to the template's default photo. Upload a cover and per-day photos when you want them, in the order the skill asks for.
What is the RAG markdown export for?
It is optional. It produces a structured markdown file (YAML frontmatter plus villa or property listings) so you can ingest finished trips into a knowledge base or AI search index — not just leave them locked in a PDF.
“I build AI growth engines for luxury villas, boutique hotels, and high-ticket service brands. The skills I give away are the ones I run for paying clients. If you build it yourself, great — if you’d rather have it built and run, talk to me.”
